Founder of Gradient Technologies, Hamsa K Ibrahim has held senior positions on various software teams for tech startups and major corporations. The holder of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Hamsa has 18 years of experience in telecom, semiconductor, consumer electronics, mobile and embedded, computer security, telematicsand contact center automation.
In the mid-1990s, Hamsa kick-started his career by writing assembly firmware for on-board PBX switches and digital display systems. He has since designed and built high density contact center systems for audio video communication. Hamsa has also developed the world’s first real-time antivirus engine for network-based security and content filtering, voice analytics algorithms, workforce optimization algorithms, fraud detection algorithms, and consumer electronics devices.
A contributor to major open source software projects, such as GNU and Source Forge, Hamsa is a technology explorer who uses out-of-the-box thinking to develop groundbreaking products. Based in Atlanta, GA, he is deeply involved in managing Gradient Technologies while remaining on the lookout for innovative ideas.
With 19 years of experience in Information Technology, Suhail is highly skilled in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning systems, IBM iSeries platform,and Microsoft technologies. He has a wealth of knowledge pertaining to supply chain management and order fulfillment, is proficient in product costing and profitability solutions, and brings over 14 years of consulting experience to Gradient Technologies. Residing in Atlanta, GA with his wife and son, Suhail is an expert in leading software projects, managing client-vendor relationships, and mentoring team members in both the technical and functional areas of business.
As Gradient’s account and customer relations VP, Josey oversees the sales and implementation process of Gradient products. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and multiple certifications in Project Management. Josey has worked extensively for large multinational companies – managing accounts along with streamlining customer interaction and experience. He is particularly versed in working with IT, insurance and healthcare businesses.
Anup drives Gradient’s product innovation roadmap from conception to execution, uniting the product strategy, user experience, engineering and operations teams that create and deliver industry-leading products to Gradient’s customer base.With 13+ years of experience in software industry, Anup has a strong background in web and middleware technologies, serving as an enterprise architect for top enterprises in the finance and supply chain industry. Initially starting out as a Java/J2EE developer in the finance industry, Anup has since gained wide knowledge on both the payment and supply chain industries. He has designed middleware integration solutions for Fortune 500 companies, supporting daily volumes of over a million transactions. Anup has garnered vast experience in custom middleware, and more recently, Oracle Fusion middleware – one of the top middleware solutions in its space. Having been exposed to the technological challenges of multiple industries, he is currently involved in the development of Oracle's cloud integration platform and their Big Data solution. A steadfast believer in using technology to improve experience in the learning/education field, Anup is also presently working on a product in that space called Learnora.In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their 5-year-old daughter, along with watching movies and playing cricket.
With a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Zereena has 10 years of experience in the IT industry. An expert in operations management for the contact center software industry, Zereena has deep knowledge of contact center management products, quality assurance, and financial control – which allow her to smoothly run the business operations side of Gradient Technologies.
With over 20 years of experience in VP and Director positions, Mark is the head of Gradient’s sales and marketing organizations in Europe and Asia Pacific. Forward-thinking with far-reaching expertise in leading profit-generating operations, Mark has established many branches of multinational companies in APAC during the tech industry’s digital transformation. He also helped to pioneer large vertical retail businesses, such as Goodyear and Vodafone, and contributed to the building, launching and scaling of one of the region’s first mobile virtual networks. Mark is currently busy creating a leadership position for the Gradient brand in major Asia-Pacific countries.
